Magical Zansibar

To me Zansibar always sounded magical,being at a crossroads between Africa and Arabia. When offered the chance to photograph there, I didn't hesitate for a second. And magical it was.

The gardens of Normandy

I first worked in Normandy in 1989 photographing for a travel guide and have worked there regularly over the years. This article is about gardens and parks, which meant spending a lot of time lying in wet grass trying to get some interesting angles and perspectives. The photos were published in the German travel magazine Geo Saison.
